Safety and Consent
By entering SURE SWING and using our training equipment, you acknowledge that sports activities involve inherent risks. Using batting cages, pitching lanes, and golf simulators can result in physical injury. You choose to participate at your own risk. By signing or clicking accept, you agree that SURE SWING, its owners, and staff are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that occur on these premises. You are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of any minors under your supervision.
Assumption of Risk and Liability
I understand that baseball/sofball and golf training involves physical exertion and the use of high-speed equipment. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. I release SURE SWING from all legal claims for damage or loss to my person or property. Medical Consent: In the event of an emergency, I give SURE SWING permission to seek medical treatment for me or my minor child. I agree to pay all costs for medical care and transportation. Facility Rules: I agree to follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions. Failure to do so may result in my immediate removal from the facility without a refund. I will use the equipment only for its intended purpose and in a safe manner at all times.
Media Release and Acknowledgement
Photo/Video Release: I grant SURE SWING permission to record my likeness through photos or videos for promotional, social media, or marketing purposes. I waive any right to royalties or compensation for these materials. By continuing with this booking or membership, I confirm that I have read this document and understand its contents. I am signing this release freely and voluntarily, and I intend for my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
